a few questions on stanford's application... [#permalink]

I'm working on Stanford's application where they ask for professional experiences. If I've had more than 1 role with my current employer, do I include all of them? In Harvard's application, it's clear they only want the most recent role for each unique company. It's less clear with Stanford.
Also, are you guys filling up the 6 activities for college and beyond?? Can we fill in things like intramural sports, or is that silly?

I took a call to list only my most important and relevant ECs. I figured that if I listed activities venturing into the not-so-important zone, I take the risk of sending a message that I have not done much. My two bits.
