A Forest Green paint is made by mixing 4 parts of Blue and 3 parts of Yellow. Aquamarine Green is made by mixing 3 parts of Blue and 4 parts of Yellow. By mistake Paul made 14 liters of Forest Green and got yelled by stoolfi. How much yellow paint should he mix to convert the mixture from Forest Green to Aquamarine Green ?

got 4.66 ltrs. in the 14 ltrs, blue= 8 ltrs and yellow= 6 ltrs. Now let x ltrs be added to yellow to get the ratio 3/4(aquamarine). so 8/(6+x) = 3/4. so x= 14/3=4.66

LoL, since when am I to be a scapegoat for Stoolfi? :lol: You guys are too fast, I would have saved myself from Stoolfi :rocket
