using Spoiler as Official Answer is not yet provided.

A small hyphen or Dash - is generally used to provide details about whatever is said before the Dash.

here the underlined part explains about the 4 -isms and what do they do in our life.

A - Incorrect for using improper active voice - "cathedrals which assorted" would mean cathedrals assorted the interpretations - which does not make sense.

C. Verb - "spreads" - does not fit here, as in the non-underlined part the verb used is "chronicled"

D. double and un-required use of "which"

E. Assorted Interpretations - plural would need "have spread" and not {has spread}.

Only

Also, the noun is "interpretations" for which we should have plural "spread" and not singular "spreads"
