210 = (t-4)y = t(y-40)

(t-4)/t = (y-40)/y

=> y = 10t

21 = (t-4)t
t^2 - 4t - 21 = 0
(t-7)(t+3) = 0

t = 7
y = 210/3 = 70mph = avg speed of the faster one
