OA is B but in B University press books have appeared wrong to me .Modifier for this was a singular !!!

But, other answer choices were clearly wrong and hence went with (B). Supposedly, the "A large and increasingly influential sector of publishing," should refer to the university-press rather than the books. However, this answer choice was the closest. I am assuming this is from 1000 SC.
