A list consists of n consecutive positive integers. n=?
(1) Exactly 1/3 of the numbers are divisible by 3.
(2) The list contains 12 odd numbers.

A. Statement (1) ALONE is sufficient but Statement (2) ALONE is not sufficient.
B. Statement (2) ALONE is sufficient but Statement (1) ALONE is not sufficient.
C. BOTH Statements TOGETHER are sufficient, but NEITHER Statement alone is sufficient.
D. Each Statement ALONE is sufficient.
E. Statements (1) and (2) TOGETHER are NOT sufficient

1. from this condition we can conclude that n has to be divisible by 3. Insufficient.

2. the list can contain 11, 12, or 13 even integers. Insufficient

1&2. only 12 odd +12 even = 24 is divisible by 3. Sufficient.
