I will go with A.


B - awkward
C - contend the people is wrong it should be contend the languages
D - to be tracebale back to is awkward
E - redudancy by using ability to

A is good.

I like B's syntax but B has a problem "Of which All". If it were to say "all of which", it would had been my choice.

I have seen this question before....
