A is good.

In B the linguists contend that the world's ........does not make sense.

D and E distort the original meaning.
using adj in C is not favoured.
between A and B, i would go for A coz it keep the emphasis here by putting " all of the ......" in front of that-clause.

I would say A..no error

B changes the meaning to peoples and not languages.

I didn't look at the rest, because you need "that" in the construction.
