A.B.C. lack of clarity. Pronoun There refers to Which noun ?. Also options are too wordy.

E. lacking improperly modifies doctor

As huskers said

OA is C. B uses very awkward english with the phrase "unless there will be"... and 'testify about' is unidiomatic.
