A person purchased 2 pairs of shoes from a store. The first pair of shoes was purchased at its list price. The second pair of shoes, if its list price is no more than the first pair, could be purchased at 50 percent discount. If the list price of the second pair is 65% of the first pair, what is the discount for the 2 pairs of shoes?
