Based only on the info you provided, you would be overreaching at these 4 schools, except Cornell, even assuming a ~700 GMAT score. Though B-schools are more open to younger applicants than they used to be, they also hold them to a high bar in terms of qualifications / leadership / impact. Your GPA is fine.
