A quadrilateral, one side is 40 and a adjacent side is 30. Is it a parallelogram?
1). The angle formed by two sides mentioned is right angle.
2). Two diagonals are equal.

one angle can be 90 while other angles can be anything.
diagonals are equal only for squares or rectangles, hence 2 is sufficient.
