I have to agree with MBA uncle on this one. From data that we have looked at which came directly from the GMAC, the penalty for leaving questions unanswered averages out to about 2 percentage points per question. So if you left 2 questions blank, you would have gone from a 96th percentile score (somewhere around a 720) to the score you got. So, yes, it is always better to guess than to leave them blank!
