A right circular cylinder has a radius r and a height h. What is the surface area of the cylinder?

(1) r = 2h – 2/h

(2) h = 15/r – r

Should the circular bases be considered here ?? if yes , then C and if no then B.

With both circular sides considered ans should be B.
