C it is
a>2 because
(a+b+c+d+e+f)/6=f-a => 6(f-a) = a+b+c+d+e+f < 6f - (1+2+3+4+5)
=> 6a>15 => a>2
Otherwise I can suppose a set of ( 3,5,7,8,9,10) that meet the demand
So C it is.

set = { 3,4,5,7,8,9 }

Mean = 6 and Range =6 lowest number is 3
