A stadium manager expected 13,200 spectators to attend a sporting event. If everyone who bought a ticket attended the event, how many full-price tickets were sold?

(1) The number of full price tickets sold was equal to 81 percent of the number of spectators expected by the stadium manager
(2) Of the 11,880 people who attended the event, 90 percent had bought full-price tickets.

Answer is D.
Statement 1:
Sufficient. Of 13,200 ppl expected, no. of full price ticket is 81%
statement 2:
Sufficient, since total no. of ppl attended the event = total no. of tickets bought. so 90% of 11,880 will give you the no. of ppl who bought full price ticket.

1) no of tickets sold = 81% x 13200

2) no of tickets sold = 90% x 11880 (since everyone who bought, attended)

Either case there is sufficient info to get the answer

Answer : (d)
