Which of the following, if true, woudl render the supermarket's advertisement immaterial?

A) The use of silicone produces in surgery has been calleed a potential health hazard by the FDA irrelevant

B) Some foods could not be processed without the use of silicone irrelevant to advertisement statement

C) Internal bleeding can be cuased by any number of procesing techniques this looks promising, let's see if there's a better answer

D) People woudl rather shop at a store that shows some concern for their health. irrelevent

E) Ingesting silicone orally has neer been found to cause health problems of any kind. e vs c, clearly, e is the stronger choice

How is 'C' irrelevant  ? If certain foods cannot be cooked using silicone, then obviously people would search for new stores which offer such foods. And this will make the supermarket's objective or advertisement immaterial.
'E' will prove that supermarket is wrong in their assumption that silicone in food is harmful.

We are not concerned with the processing techniques. What if certain techniques are better than the other. This doesn't render the argument ineffective. Supermarket argument is making a judgement call without proper research. It is trying to make it a causal argument. Silicone -> ill health without any grounds.
