number of trucks in terms of n is 4n/5, and 2/3rds of it is 8n/15

2/3t=p

3/2p+(3/2p)/4=n

12/8p + 3/8p =n

n=8/15p

cars = c
trucks = t
total = c+t = n

c = t/4
n = t + t/4 = 5t/4
t = 4n/5

p = 2t/3 = (2/3) (4n/5) = 8n/15

so D.
