A train travels from a station B to station C using path P, while it returns using a different path. If the average speed on path P is 60km/hr, what is the average speed for the round trip?
1) The average speed on the back trip is 2/3 of the average speed on path P
2) The path P is 1/3 times longer than that of the back route.

Avg speed =total dist d/total time t

speed s of p=60

S1:s of back trip b=2/3 of p=40
since we can't find t and d - insuff

S2:d of p=4x/3 where x = d of b
t of p=d/s=(4x/3)/60=x/45
since we do not any other details about b - inuff

Together:
t of b=x/40
total d=x+(4x/3)=7x/3
total t=(x/40)+(x/45)
Since we can calculate total t and total d - suff
