A wheel has circumference of x meters . If the wheel covers Y meters in T hours at constant speed , how many rotations does the wheel make an hour at that speed.

circumference 2*pi*r = x

Y meters take T hours
n meters will be covered in 1 hour

i.e. n = Y/T distance is covered in 1 hour

Hence no. of rotations = n/x = Y/Tx
