1 rotation = 2piR..1 rotation=42pi..1 min=600*42pi..1 hour=36000*42*pi

1000m=1Km, 100cm=1m...ok..36000/100*1000 ~36/100

now quickly 36*3.14~102/100 *42... apprx is 47Km/h

2*pi*r*60*600 /100*1000

= 47.52
