Well, make an equation in the form of a line:

y=mx+c; c=10000, x=3000 and m=100 y is a required preserve

bcoz there is one not changing part i.e. watering area and one part which is changing i.e. no of rhinoceroses.

y=3,10,000 in first case.

Now, if rhinoceroses will become 3300 then,

y=3300*100+10000 =3,40,000 = 340 thousands (A) is the answer
