if A = E / A = C then the answer can be many such as 15/51, 12/21

but if both A=E=C then Answer is 12/21

I think its E .
as there are multiple numbers satisfying these cretereon
eg. 11 , 11
and 12 , 21

B it is.

Only when A=C we have AB =21 and BA = 12.
CDE = 252,
B by itself is suff to answer the question.
