If a business school have 29% total acceptance, is it fair to assume that it may have a higher, say 35-40% acceptance among women?

Hello ramo80, thanks for your question.

I think it varies by school, but to concisely answer your question: yes, I think it would be fair to say that the acceptance rate is higher for women than men. How much higher, I cannot say with certainty.
