a general question - let's say I get accepted to a school in R1 and learn of my acceptance in mid December.. how long do i have to decide if i want to go there and actually pay money as a deposit, or something of that sort..? i'm not talking about Early Decision programs - the regular ones. Is there ever a situation, in which I can hold my position while not paying any monetary deposit to a school i got into in R1, until I learn if i got accepted to a different school in R2? thanks so much, Gal
