A big thank you to this forum - you folks were always there to answer all my question at a moment's notice. Right from the time I started preparing for my GMAT until the day before my interview this forum has been a source of constant inspiration and a life-saver. What a find!

Congrats on the admit!!!
I am starting in the summer for the Evening program
I believe we have the same orientation dates (June 13th and 14th), it will be nice to have another GMATclubber there.

Take care and congrats again! Thanks. Orientation for Autumn weekend 08 is on September 5th and 6th. But I am going for the worldwide GSB night on April 10th (in Milwaukee - which city are you from?).

English, How long did Chicago take, to let you know about their decision? I applied about a week ago and although they say, the decision takes 4-6 weeks, I am hoping that they would let me know earlier. What was your experience? How long after submitting the app, did you find out about your admit? I applied on the 2nd of April and am still waiting.
I think there was a big surge at the end and they may end up closer to 4-6 weeks. I can't help but think the longer I wait the worse my chances are... I feel like I should have gotten a call by now...

It almost took a full month for me to hear back, the response from Northwestern was quick, under 2 weeks. After 3 weeks I was about to give up on Chicago then I finally heard back right before my decision to Kellogg was due.
Just hang in there and stay positive.

White, finance geek (stocks) 3.2 GPA 690 GMAT (45v, bad Q) 6.0 AWA Excellent EC's 3.5 yrs WE Really good essays. Still waiting to hear from GSB......
