:
A.. I dont like enrollment of
B.. no referrent for those
C.. same issue as B.
D. I dont like enrollment of
E. My choice

E is the correct answer.
compares nos directly with nos and is ||al

My take will be A

E seems wrong to me as it says "8 mil people as many as (people) are enroll.. " which is comparing number to people...

lets wait for OA/OE
