b/w A and B. A for me to. In B it says 'plan on practicing', it should be that they are 'planning to practice'.

A it is
When there is a relative difference in comparison, we use "more likely than"
ie She is two times more intelligent than he is --> right
ie She is two times as intelligent as he is --> wrong
ie She is as intelligent as he is --> right; this is because we are comparing two equal subjects

I don't agree with OA. On top of what I previously explained, "to plan on practicing" in C is clearly wrong and unidiomatic.

Hi folk,
I take C for this one. The correct answer should be "four times as likely as". I think that's what the question wants to test.

There was a time I chooce C for this question But I think the answer shd be A because of the idom usage' X more than Y' Beside 'likely to' is correct in A
