hi dude what a perfect coincidence just searched on this sc coz i just finished some sc's.
The answer to this is (C).
More concise than (A).(D) and (E) are clearly out.(B) is just worded wrong it implies minority graduates are four times as likely as other graduates who plan on practicing

ah... C is correct.

A is wrong because "likely in doing sth" is obviously wrong.
C is right with "likely to do sth".


I think "four times more likely than" and "as likely as" are both correct.

C is correct.
"as likely as" is the right idiom for making comparisons.

one more question is that what if i've never seen the idiom "likely to", can i shoot the right target in other ways?
