is - singular verb. Speeds - plural subject.

B. with speeds that are much higher than are
that are is redundant (that = speed).
Moreover, Companies receive data at speeds ...
They received us with open arms.


C. at much higher speeds as are
higher....than is correct; higher ...as is not correct.

D. at much higher speeds than that
A verb is required after than to support the phrase 'currently possible' and it should be plural. That would not help in this case.

E. at speeds much higher than are
WINS
