This is testing subject-verb agreement.
Interstudy is singular so everthing that refers to it should be singular
A) B) and E) violate this rule.
Once a sentence starts with something like "According to Interstudy" there should be a claim following that piece. The claim in C is correctly placed.
Also D has another problem. The interstudy does not "estimate 73 percent". "that" is missing here.
C should be it.
