We are talking about "20 percent" (of young adults)
IMO, E is correct

E. "twice as much as those" in D should be "twice as many as those" because those (young adult) is countable.

Twice is adverb...so 'twice those (adults)' is not a right usage...'tiwce' means two times here. Other thoughts?
