According to the dating guidelines for dating proposed by the new head of a certain religious sect, the following criteria must be met before any dating can take place:

IMO (E)
According to the stem, "each of the young people must consent, and before doing so must have the other's consent", if a person B who wants to date A. B cannot give his consent with out knowing A's consent and A cannot give his/her consent without knowing B's consent. Seems like a loop to me. (B) seems probable.

A: Correct. B: but other person know the consequence C: multiple cases never mentioned D: Both the cases are required but no sequence has been mentioned. E: Never possesses about the flaw in sect.

I'd be interested to see the OA.
OA is E. I had originally gone with D.
Does anyone want to take more stabs at explaining this question.
