Reject A,C,D -> sentence suggests number of female medical students = number of male medical students currently enrolled in medical school, when it meant number of female medical students currently enrolled in medical school = numberof male students currently enrolled in medical school

Reject E - awkward sounding

I'll go with B. B is concise, and puts the message across clearly.
