According to the incomplete table above, if each of the 6 teams in the league played each of the other teams exactly twice and there were no ties, how many games did team X win? (Only 2 teams play in a game.)
(A) 4
(B) 5
(C) 6
(D) 8
(E) 10

I will go with C

The number of games played between each other is 6C2 = 15
Since it is played twice, it will be 2 * 15 = 30
The total number of games played is 30, the table shows that 22 games have been won by A,B,C,D & E put together, so the number of games won by X = 30 -24 = 6
