It seems to me that chicken is uncountable, so we can't say chickens.

vote for E. "...in demonstrating.." fits better than ".. to demostrate.." .
..chicken too has to fit better

I'm confusing for the question that "E" sounds better than "A"........

Could you explain it?
If the reason is idiomatic express, I have no comment .............

In this case, "shooting" is not clear. We need a relative clause to indicate the correct tense.
