To decide whether or not you should retake the GMAT, you need to take a lot of things into consideration
- Your age
- How much better you can do
- How much effort you will have to put in to do better
- Whether you have the luxury of time to study
- Whether it is better for you to apply now, or if you can wait
- What your goals are...

Since I am missing aaaaalll of this info, it's pretty hard to say what you should do. However, if you post more here, I will gladly expand upon these thoughts.

Look forward to hearing from you, dude.

I am 29 years old and am thinking of retaking GMAT in December if needed. I can put in 5 hrs maximum daily and few extra on weekends. I cannot wait another year. I am looking for a scholarship as well. I believe for that I may have to retake the exam and score at least 660.

Short term goal: I am looking to get into some MNC where in I can work on to become Lead consultant in a year or so after MBA. I would like to get in Microsoft that is why I have chosen colleges like Foster(UOW).

I think you should retake the GMAT no matter what. The school will only look at your highest score. Foster’s average GMAT is 670 (http://www.foster.washington.edu/academ ... ofile.aspx).

Good luck,
