Hi

I have a work experience of more than 11 years and looking to upgrade my knowledge by joining ISB.
I also have extensive International workexperience for the last 5 years with more than 11 countries where i travaled and had business with.
I am currently drawing INR 1.9M as my annual package and will ISB edication would give enough boost in next level of career aspirations.
I am more looking for Leadership profile with international exposure.

appreciate guidance on this regard.

ISB each year admits a few 35 years plus students, the best thing about your profile is - INTL work ex.
ISB will give you more opportunities btw 1.9 M rs=42,000 US $(for people who don't know) ard
so definitely an ISB tag will further boost your package :)
and also ISB is a great place to be people such as viren rasquina( indian hockey team captain ) studied there so it's definitely worth it !
go ahead write your GMAT and apply without thinking twice .

Thanks a lot for notes and inputs.
well i don't have doubt on the exposure from ISB but bit confused & concerned about the future plan.
As i would be missing 1 year of opportunity cost if go into furthur study and moreover if ISB education gives me only 35-40% jump from current package, then financial wise it doesn't sound to be good step forward. I hope i am making sense.
I am not sure about ISB's lateral placements records.
Looking forward to hear back on it.
