I will go with B

I’ll eliminate A because it talks about Roman ‘state’. Administrators…Engineers..Soldiers…should refer to Romans.

D and E don’t sound right to me…During..over?

Romans is plural…so ‘their’ needs to be used.

Iam interested to know here if the usage of administrators, engineers and soldiers can help me decide which one to go for-
Roman,Rome or Roman state.

Newkid Yes B it is , here second phrase is modifying the first phrase.

can administrators, engineers and soldiers be rome or roman state?... no
that means they can only be romans. so, eliminate choices that talks about rome or roman state.

lets try and eliminate the othrs...

A- it talks about many nouns and then a ''state'' which dos not suit as a modifier...

C- talks abou people and has a ''rome' to modify them which is wrong ...I guess

D and E are too wordy and avoid clear usage and also are not precise...

B helps gt along wll with th basic rules...

hope that helps !

have Fun :)

To me it looks like the statement is incomplete, apparently 'B' looks better than the rest. But still if you plug 'B' in the statement, it does not make sense.

Administrators, engineers, and soldiers, (for over 800 years the Romans disseminated their) language, technology, and values around the Mediterranean basin, and beyond.

boksana can you confirm if this sentence is right.
