Your schools are within range for you, so I would not worry about that. With a solid GMAT and a decent but not great GPA, you are positioned well. How are your roles at work different from other applicants'? What else is unique about yourself, and how much have you thought about your story and the whole package of your essays?

You could consider some reach schools in the US if you wanted, of course more challenging to get in but with the right convincing essays its possible. You could look into Duke or Yale, to name a couple. I can think of how to mold your profile to both of those schools. Let me know if you want to hear more about that and if you are looking for some help to look over/edit your essays before submission, reach out. Good luck either way!
