Hello budies,

I am evaluating to work my application to HBS with an admission consultant. I have talked with some of them. But I have not received comments from a current client.
Have you listened good comments about mbaMission, Veritas, or Admissionado?

Any information will be helpful.

My recommendation, whether you hire a firm or a private consultant, is to go with someone who doesn't farm out your application essay to other (perhaps not as experienced) consultants to edit. Some of the larger consulting firms do this, and only have their "Harvard expert" for example, give a final review at the end. Much better to work with someone who you know is going to know your application inside and out throughout the entire process. I personally think the boutique firms give you more attention and focused expertise than the larger firms.

I appreciate the assist here, but given the fact that the vast majority of these reviews are *stellar* as in all 5-Stars, all 100% satisfaction, I am a little skeptical of their content. Maybe all the services are just really awesome and nobody has a bad thing to say, I don't know... Has anyone seen reviews that are a little more objective and realistic?
