Hi Asit,
So first of all I'd have to toss out a precautionary note on how tough it is to get a 2nd MBA, especially at the top programs. That said, I'm not entirely sure the details of your program so if it is officially more of a "diploma program" etc then it might be less of an issue, and I wouldn't describe it as MBA equivalent if not titled as such.... basically you want to make sure no one reading your app might say, 'hey, he doesn't NEED an MBA because he already has one/something so similar!' and admit someone who needs it more. So just be sure to emphasize why you DO need the MBA, that you have done your research, that you know what you are getting into and how the MBA will help etc, and your career vision.
Re: the job options, a bit tough to fully assess without more of a clear resume and knowledge of your responsibilities and accomplishments in your roles.... but very broadly, having 3 years+ of work experience is generally better than not. As for which option.... I'd say the most important thing is what you feel you'd be able to accomplish in a given role, what kind of impact you could make, and overall-- which option would best help YOU in your long term career path (then it's easiest and most logical to explain to the adcomm as well).
Best of luck!
