Hi there! Thanks for sharing your profile!
You'll want to look at schools outside the top 20, and schools where your 690 is above average. I'm not sure if you're targeting a particular region? But in the US, schools like USC, Georgetown, Kelley, Mendoza, Olin, Owen, maybe Kenan-Flagler or Foster. There are lots of great options in Canada, Europe and Asia too.
Some other advice: make sure to think clearly about your career path - sometimes switching to consulting can be tough and some of the top firms look for 700+ GMAT scores. Also, is it possible to restart / add any current extracurricular activities? Most of yours seem to be in the past. Finally, is it possible to retake the GMAT? It would be great to see your Quant just a couple points higher. Not sure if you've considered it already, but that could improve your chances.
Good luck!
