Admit at Oxford. Ding at INSEAD [#permalink] New post 12 Mar 2007, 10:08
Just received an email that I have been admitted at Oxford but denied after interview at INSEAD.

Mixed feelings but good to have an admit in hand.

BTW, I also applied at Cranfield, UK (as a safety school) and admitted with £10,000 ride.

I know it is the lingo but something makes me shudder when Oxford University is termed as "a good brand".

Congrats - Oxford is oxford. No matter what they do they set a high standard (even if starting a little behind the field). It's a nice place and you can get to London easily on the m40 bus.

GAURAVA,
Sorry to hear about INSEAD. Congrats on Oxford. I will see you at Oxford.

3underscore,
In no way I am undermining Oxford. I am of opinion: where ever I am, that is the best place.

swgotz,

Congrats. My preference was Templeton College. How about you?

aaudetat,

Thanks. Have you decided where you are going?
