I would go with D.
A company that becomes satisfied with the quality of its product (i.e. becomes complacent) then the perceived quality by the customer will decline since the customer's expectation of product quality has increased than what the company can offer.

C is the right answer.
Megacorp wants to meet or exceed it's customers expectations. If company's present product is accepted by the customers, the customers would expect more from the future product (according to the stimulus). Hence, the company would be able to meet the newer expectations only if it's possible to better the quality of the product.

I am confused between B, C and D, Why are B and D incorrect? Is it because, they don't talk about MegaCorp?

Which of the following must be true on the basis of the statements in the advertisement above? The correct answer is definitely C as MegaCorp's goal is possible only if it can do continuing advances in product quality.

I was confused between B &C and finally picked c but still confused about B.Why b is wrong? The question stem states that " Today's customers expect high quality. Every advance in the quality of manufactured products raises customer expectations." But the negation, not correctly anticipating the customer expectations leads to fall in quality is wrong. What if I "wrongly anticipated" the customer expectations on the positive side of the quality? I will achieve better quality right? Hence B is wrong!
