C and E are close but C is the most diplomatic answer.

It is possible that currently customers are not very satisfied with Anantechs products and Anantech might be working on improving the quality to suit current needs. So for a very small period Anantech might not have products that satisfy changing quality standards of the customers.

The advertisement is a claim and not an irrefutable argument. Anantech is a goal of meeting customers quality needs.
A) This is talking about attracting customers.
Not clear if all customers are moved by quality. Some might prefer low price item.
In this case high quality may not attract these customers. Some might be sensitive to brand names etc.
D) If a company is satisfied with the quality then quality does no deteriorate from company's point of view but deteriorates certainly from customers point of vew. This choice does not state the point of reference.

C looks extreme but the goal of Anantech is stated crystal clear and any deviation from that goal constitutes a failure.
