Advice for the following topics... [#permalink] New post 28 Oct 2009, 12:39
After taking 10+ Kaptests i generally get high 80s on my path percentile and kinda narrowed down my problem areas:
1. Stupid mistakes - jumping to the gun too quick, fixable by slowing down...
2. Problems with huge numbers that they want you to estimate but when i estimate i usually come close but end up wrong. and i waste time trying to work it out...
3. Combination problems involving a combination divided over a permutation..
4. ratio problems - i usually get it right by using numbers but it is definitely slower than usual..

I have the Manhattan books and going to go over them again but can someone give me tips of diff scenarios etc. for 2-4? 1 i can def fix by being more thorough....

thanks!
