If you play your cards right (very strong reco letters, high-personality essays that highlight your "glamorous" career, show your due diligence at the schools by mentioning the students and alums you've spoken with etc.) some of these schools may cut you some slack for your GMAT score. HKUST should be no problem for you. However, all of the others are basically long-shot-ish because of your GMAT. If your score was 650-660 I would be more optimistic. Can you raise it? If not, by all means, apply and make them overlook the score.
