Hi,

Does anybody here has any idea on the reputation of the Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business Executive MBA program at Dallas,Texas? I was wondering whether I should give it a try to apply to their EMBA program.

They are pretty good. BusinessWeek has them ranked pretty high. I don't think they're quite as good as the rankings but it's a decent school and worth going to. Personally, I'd put it at the level of Pepperdine or UCI or something like that but it's probably better than that since the rankings are so much higher.

It's a very good school with very good academic reputation. However, I am not sure if you want to change your career after attaining this MBA. If so, I am not sure if SMU attracts the type of companies other schools with similar ranking attracts.
