Advice on MAcc program

So I graduated from UCSB with a Global Studies degree a few years ago but wasn't much of a student (too much partying and not enough studying unfortunately) and graduated with a 2.45. At the time I never intended to go back to school and thought that was it as far as education went. Now I realize my degree was worthless and won't get me a decent job in the city in which I want to live. I did work for a year selling insurance for State Farm but that was a dead end job and I didn't like sales anyways so I decided on trying to go back to school to get an accounting degree since it seems like a good fit given my personality as well as a job that is in demand and pays decently. I am set to take the gmat this month but am not too sure how well I will do. I have been getting tutoring to help learn the material but I'll admit that I don't really think I'll achieve really top notch scores. I am shooting for between a 600-650. My question for you guys is what schools should I apply to given my gpa and what I think I'll get on the gmat? Do I even have a chance of getting in to any grad school period? Also any other suggestions on going about getting a accounting degree. I'm not looking to go down the big 4 route since the city I live in is somewhat small and from what I have heard big 4 experience isn't really necessary to get a job, I just simply want to get the degree from a reputable school and not some funky online degree if I can't get in to grad school. I have looked at getting a second undergrad but it seems the only way to do that is to go through a private college. Unfortunately they are extremely expensive and the requirements to receive a degree are much longer than that of a MAcc program due to all the pre reqs. Any and all advice will help. Thanks!
